The U.S. leads the way in global imports on the dry pasta and flour mix market, accounting for a 13% share (based on USD). It is followed by Germany (10%) and Canada (7%).

From 2007 to 2015, the U.S. was a net importer of dry pasta, dough, and flour mixes. Net U.S. imports of dry pasta, dough, and flour mixes fluctuated wildly over the period under review. Finally, this industry showed a 350 million USD trade deficit.
