Antisera Price in Bulgaria (CIF) - 2022
The average antisera import price stood at $2,393,665 per ton in 2022, growing by 103% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price showed a significant expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 when the average import price increased by 145% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the immediate term.

The average antisera export price stood at $1,510,460 per ton in 2022, falling by -2.6% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, continues to indicate measured growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 an increase of 236% against the previous year. The export price peaked at $2,308,321 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Romania (+32.9%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
Antisera Imports in Bulgaria
After three years of growth, purchases abroad of antisera and other blood fractions decreased by -55.7% to 103 tons in 2022.
