Glass Fibre Fabrics Price in Croatia (FOB) - 2021
The average glass fibre fabrics export price stood at $4,392 per ton in November 2021, approximately mirroring the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in April 2021 when the average export price increased by 17% month-to-month. The export price peaked at $4,422 per ton in October 2021, and then declined in the following month.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Italy ($5,389 per ton), while the average price for exports to Turkey ($2,537 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From November 2020 to November 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Italy (+2.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
Glass Fibre Fabrics Price in Croatia (CIF) - 2021
In November 2021, the average glass fibre fabrics import price amounted to $3,475 per ton, with an increase of 14% against the previous month. Over the last twelve-month period, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.6%. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in February 2021 an increase of 28% m-o-m. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum at $3,858 per ton in September 2021; however, from October 2021 to November 2021, import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was France ($6,000 per ton), while the price for Slovakia ($2,190 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From November 2020 to November 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by North Macedonia (+3.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
Glass Fibre Fabrics Exports in Croatia
Glass fibre fabrics exports from Croatia shrank to 4.9K tons in 2022, declining by -14.5% against the previous year. The total export volume increased at an average annual rate of +1.6% from 2019 to 2022; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 41% against the previous year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of 5.7K tons, and then shrank in the following year.
In value terms, glass fibre fabrics exports fell notably to $19M in 2022. Over the period under review, total exports indicated a buoyant increase from 2019 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of +7.3% over the last three-year period.
