Imines Price in China (FOB) - 2023
In June 2023, the average imines export price amounted to $4,979 per ton, shrinking by -8.4% against the previous month. Overall, the export price recorded a drastic downturn. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in October 2022 when the average export price increased by 12% month-to-month. The export price peaked at $10,021 per ton in June 2022; however, from July 2022 to June 2023, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was India ($6,705 per ton), while the average price for exports to Colombia ($3,119 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Pakistan (-1.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

The average imines import price stood at $50,499 per ton in 2022, rising by 22% against the previous year. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a prominent expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 when the average import price increased by 32%. The import price peaked in 2022 and is likely to see gradual growth in the immediate term.
