In value terms, China ($312M), Thailand ($255M) and the United Arab Emirates ($160M) appeared to be the countries with the highest levels of exports in 2022, with a combined 44% share of global exports. The Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Poland and Bulgaria lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further 20%.

Among the main exporting countries, Bulgaria, with a CAGR of +46.9%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Export Prices By Country

The average photo-copying apparatus export price stood at $131 per unit in 2022, jumping by 21% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, continues to indicate a pronounced contraction. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the peak figure at $199 per unit in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Thailand ($244 per unit), while Bulgaria ($21 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
