The average import price for alloy steel flat-rolled products, of a width of less than 600mms stood at $2,428 per ton in July 2023, with an increase of 4.5% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in June 2023 an increase of 7.3% month-to-month. The import price peaked in July 2023.
