The average import price for non-citrus fruit or nut jams, marmalades, jellies, purees or pastes stood at $3,552 per ton in September 2023, with an increase of 3.2% against the previous month. Over the last twelve months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.7%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in July 2023 when the average import price increased by 31% m-o-m. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $4,010 per ton. From August 2023 to September 2023, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In September 2023, the country with the highest price was France ($6,676 per ton), while the price for the United Arab Emirates ($1,060 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+4.5%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average export price for non-citrus fruit or nut jams, marmalades, jellies, purees or pastes stood at $4,855 per ton in September 2023, declining by -4.2% against the previous month. Overall, export price indicated a temperate expansion from September 2022 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +3.7% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on September 2023 figures, export price for non-citrus fruit or nut jams, marmalades, jellies, purees or pastes decreased by -21.2% against July 2023 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2022 an increase of 131% m-o-m.
