The average export price for nuts, edible; almonds, fresh or dried, shelleds stood at $4,011 per ton in September 2023, dropping by -6.5% against the previous month. Over the last eight months, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.2%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 12% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the peak figure at $4,291 per ton in August 2023, and then reduced in the following month.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was New Zealand ($5,741 per ton), while the average price for exports to the United States ($1,411 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From January 2023 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Vietnam (+5.6%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

From January 2023 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Pakistan (+2.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
