In 2022, the average yarn; of flax, single export price amounted to $12,266 per ton, rising by 26% against the previous year. Over the last decade, it increased at an average annual rate of +3.4%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was India ($15,136 per ton), while the average price for exports to South Korea ($7,415 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
