Soybean Oil Price in Bulgaria (CIF) - 2023
In July 2023, the average soybean oil import price amounted to $1,167 per ton, picking up by 9.4% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a perceptible contraction. The import price peaked at $1,761 per ton in July 2022; however, from August 2022 to July 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Greece ($1,390 per ton), while the price for Ukraine ($792 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Greece (-3.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
