In value terms, China ($23B) constitutes the largest market for imported data storage devices worldwide, comprising 29% of global imports. The second position in the ranking was held by the United States ($11B), with a 14% share of global imports. It was followed by Mexico, with a 7.7% share.
In China, data storage device imports expanded at an average annual rate of +2.5% over the period from 2012-2022. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: the United States (-1.9% per year) and Mexico (+6.0% per year).
Import Prices By Country
