Uzbekistan represented the largest exporter of bed linen in Central Asia, with the volume of exports recording X tons, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2023. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tons, and then fell sharply in the following year.

In value terms, bed linen imports contracted significantly to $X in 2023. In general, imports, however, enjoyed buoyant growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2022 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X, and then shrank dramatically in the following year.

Imports by Country

Kazakhstan represented the main importing country with an import of about X tons, which resulted at X% of total imports. Kyrgyzstan (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total imports with a X% share, followed by Uzbekistan (X%). The following importers - Tajikistan (X tons) and Mongolia (X tons) - each resulted at a X% share of total imports.
