Chile continued its dominance in the global cranberry trade. In 2014, Chile exported 84 thousand tonnes of cranberries totaling 577 million USD, 25% over the previous year. Its primary trading partner on the global cranberry market was the U.S., where it supplied 61% of its total cranberry exports in value terms, accounting for 60% of the U.S. total imports.

In 2014, the U.S. was the main destination of cranberry imports, amounting to 588 million USD, with a CAGR of 12% from 2007 to 2014.

In 2014, Chile's top 5 trading partners were the U.S., the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, China and Canada, with a combined 92% share of Chile's cranberry exports. The share of China increased (+6 percentage points), while the share of the U.S. dropped dramatically (-15 percentage points).
