In November 2023, the average import price for cabbages, cauliflowers, kohlrabi, kale and similar edible brassicas; fresh or chilleds amounted to $752 per ton, waning by -2.6% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price, however, showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2023 when the average import price increased by 8.9% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $800 per ton in August 2023; however, from September 2023 to November 2023, import prices remained at a lower figure.

Over the period under review, the export price, however, posted a moderate increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 an increase of 56%. The export price peaked at $3,291 per ton in 2021, and then dropped in the following year.
As there is only one major export destination, the average price level is determined by prices for Macao SAR.
From 2012 to 2022, the rate of growth in terms of prices for the UK amounted to +2.1% per year.
