Exports by Country

Germany (X units), Poland (X units) and the Czech Republic (X units) were the main destinations of electronic chip exports from the Netherlands, together comprising X% of total exports. Hungary, China, Italy, France, the United States, the UK, Romania, Finland, Spain and Sweden lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further X%.

From 2012 to 2023, the biggest increases were recorded for China (with a CAGR of X%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Over the period under review, imports, however, recorded a resilient expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 with an increase of X% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X units. From 2021 to 2023, the growth of imports remained at a lower figure.

Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2022, and then declined in the following year.

The United States (X units), Germany (X units) and Taiwan (Chinese) (X units) were the main suppliers of electronic chip imports to the Netherlands, with a combined X% share of total imports. China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, France, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, the UK and Singapore lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.
