From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of volume in Democratic Republic of the Congo was relatively modest. The remaining producing countries recorded the following average annual rates of production growth: South Africa (X% per year) and Zambia (X% per year).
The average camel and other animal meat yield was estimated at X tons per head in 2022, stabilizing at the previous year's figure. Overall, the yield, however, saw a mild shrinkage. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 when the yield increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at $X in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

South Africa represented the largest exporting country with an export of about X tons, which accounted for X% of total exports. Tanzania (X tons) held the second position in the ranking, distantly followed by Namibia (X tons). All these countries together took approx. X% share of total exports. Swaziland (X tons) followed a long way behind the leaders.
From 2012 to 2022, average annual rates of growth with regard to camel and other animal meat exports from South Africa stood at X%. At the same time, Swaziland (X%) and Tanzania (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Swaziland emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in SADC, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2022. By contrast, Namibia (X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period.
